It's just a half defense this year. Our front is solid, but our secondary is atrocious. Unfortunately, it's been that way all season.

We've got to get that fixed if we hope to take a big step forward next year.

Baylor has a limited ceiling with Dave, full stop. The talent is there thanks largely to increased NIL funds, but Dave's coaching leading to constant slow starts and last minute defensive collapses lowers our ceiling.

Baylor absolutely has a limited ceiling with Daces defensive coaching. The winning streak is in large part to the offense exploding (defense was great vs KU). This is basically a Briles light squad. Good offense, pitiful defense

That was some flukey bad luck bouncing right off of Washington's hands in a game where we don't have much margin for error.

Looked like we were starting with some good offensive rhythm too.
