Just prevent them from being in non-water plentiful areas and keep them 2-3 miles from populated areas.

It's not hard to figure out.

Data centers should be east of the Brazos River and in rural areas that have low population density and need the tax revenue

I don't have a party. I've been a registered independent since I was 18 years old, and voted (R) in every Presidential election until Trump. The GOP of today looks nothing like the party of Reagan and Bush. Trump could be a Manchurian Candidate and this entire board would bend the knee because that's what they're told to do.
