Never Trumpers heads about to burst just on this topic alone. Surprised there hasn't been mass ER visits after this first week.

To be honest it seems like they are focused so much on other issues they haven't even gotten to this one yet.

The libs and never trumpers I am friends with are so focused on the transgender stuff, deportations, and pardons they haven't even mentioned this.

Of course they also are ignoring facts and reason. I have seen so many posting about how transgenders aren't raping people in bathrooms, locker rooms or jail cells and then dismissing evidence presented to them, saying citizens will be deported, children are being torn from their families and all the J6 people are violent and ignoring all the Biden pardons.

NBC News reported the firings:
Quote:

The Trump administration fired four top officials at the Justice Department's Executive Office of Immigration Review, which oversees U.S. immigration courts, late Monday.
The officials were the chief immigration judge, Sheila McNulty; the acting director of the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Mary Cheng; the office's general counsel, Jill Anderson; and its head of policy, Lauren Alder Reid.
All were civil servants, not political appointees. Alder Reid said they were not given any warning.
The Associated Press reported the reassigning of career officials, according to multiple people familiar with the matter:
Quote:

Among those moved to other positions inside the department is Bruce Swartz, the longtime head of the Justice Department's office of international affairs, which handles extradition matters, according to two people who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss personnel moves. As many as 20 or so officials in all have been reassigned.
Another affected official is George Toscas, a veteran deputy assistant attorney general in the department's national security division who, in addition to helping oversee major terrorism and espionage investigations, has also been a key supervisor in politically charged probes over the last decade including into Hillary Clinton's handling of classified information and Trump's hoarding of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

The reasons for the moves were not immediately known. Though it is common for a new administration to appoint its own political hires at the top of the Justice Department, it is not standard for career lawyers to be reassigned. They serve the department across administrations and typically retain their positions even when control of the department changes hands.

The propaganda of the Tuskegee airmen has been so overblown as to be ridiculous.

Covering up in the process the notorious rapes by black troops of women both in Italy and Okinawa.

The mutiny of black sailors in US western ports.

The complete failure of an entire infantry division in Europe.

Tell the ENTIRE story of black servicemen during WW2 ; don't cherry pick the truth.

We can make that electricity up with our current system. Canada will go bankrupt if we are not a trading partner.

They have to control their Southern border better. It's chaos there and the terrorists and foreign nationals are flocking in

Yep. And let's remember each country has a responsibility to accept its citizens back into their own country. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

Trump's Truth posting that said what he was going to do was pretty amazing. Don't have an account there so I can't link to it, but massive retaliations. Guess the Columbians reconsidered.

What do you want to bet that the cartels told him to get off his ass and send a plane to pick them up? They will do anything not to be labeled Terrorist Organizations

No they aren't and no they won't

A trade war with the U.S. would be the end of Canada….literally

Alberta and the resource rich prairie provinces would probably break off and join the USA. Quebec would probably go independent and deal with the USA directly.

Canada would cease to exist

Would love Quebec to go independent.

The French have desired it for years and I would enjoy watching them get the ultimate reality check .

He'll no he didn't.

Someone in the Trump State Department DEMANDED he offer his jet. Just to humiliate him !

This is a message that is going to hit the stomaches of each and every President throughout central and South America.

**** with the US and we will economically pound you.

No need for troops or special forces.

My guess is that the Columbian cartels got in his ear. They are desperately trying to avoid being permanently labeled 'Terrorist Organizations' by the US. They probably thought that not allowing planes to land was a bad thing (which it would have been)

Many in Quebec would be happy. Maybe even cut a deal with Greenland to become a preferred partner with US. There is no love between Quebec and Ottawa.

There is especially no love in the western provinces for Quebec.

As Quebec has been clamoring for ever increasing financial aid from the energy producing provinces.

Yeah, that's my thought as well. Could have been but I don't think it was Trump. Could also either have been the cartels as you say because the last thing they want is their country making needless waves., that or it was the President trying to save some face by treating the deported criminals with the utmost dignity, his plane.
