So, for whatever reason the 'attackers' 'fled'. And then the following happened:
1. He went to an apartment.
2. He spoke to his manager.
3. His manager called the police.
4. He waited for the police to arrive.
5. When the police arrived, after however long, he still had a "thin, light rope" around his neck.
Who on earth would do that? No one on earth would leave a rope around their neck after an attack. The first thing you would do is take that off. But he supposedly kept it on for what, 30 minutes? An hour? However long it took for the cops to arrive.

That's impossible for him to answer because he has only seen the evidence the media has leaked. We have no idea what other things have been uncovered in the investigation. I agree with oso that we should wait until the investigation is complete, I'm just confused why oso posted "bump" at the start of the thread and then only said we should tap the breaks after some evidence came out that calls into question the alleged victim's story of events.
