Yep, but it may be limited in scope to just taxpayer PII. So if true, doge can still track payments down to non-individual entities.

Can we add a clause that if you fall more than once you lose your seat?

he's holding onto his seat because if he resigned his replacement would be a Democrat.

Currently KY governor is Andy Beshear (D) who has promised to ignored KY law requiring a Governor to appoint a replacement from the same party as the outgoing member.

So despite how frustrating his neverTrumper antics might be from time to time, we should thank him for hanging in there despite the enormous difficulties he faces.

True. But we can also say he should have quit decades ago.

McConnell's term does not expire until 2027

I don't think he can make it two years

While we are on topic. How do we feel about governance via executive order? I like a lot of what he is doing but I don't love doing it via executive orders.

It feels good right now but I won't feel good when it's the "other side" doing it.

Have to give him credit though. He's doing essentially exactly what he said he was going to.

For years both houses of congress have been content to succeed their responsibilities to the executive branch. They want the talking points so they can raise campaign funds. Solutions cause the money tit to dry up.

For those keeping score at home on EO tallies here are the numbers for Presidents going back to Carter.

First column is how many terms they served, second column is total # of EOs, third column is years in office, fourth column is EO Number Range.

not a fan of the complete abolishment of OSHA.. does need some common sense updates

The government in its present form might not be capable of common sense anything. Too many of them, for example, cannot even define "woman."

If you don't know the difference between OSHA and the war overpronouns just sit this one out.

I used a very well known example of Leftist stupidity and inability to be honest. Obviously, they are separate issues but the same problem pervades everything they do. Did you not read my post? That's what I said the first time.
