Netflix movie "Carry On" with Jason Bateman & Taron Egerton is worth while. Action flick
Agree, poorly written. I think I made it a little further down the road, but totally unbelievable. And they spent some bucks on locations!TechDawgMc said:
Tried watching Mr. and Mrs. Smith on Prime. Sort of loosely connected to the Brad and Angelina flick, but no direct relationships. Intriguing premise, terrible execution.
After the second episode, the police would have shown up at the two stars door two days later with a warrant and arrested them for kidnapping and murder -- end of show. The plot holes are bigger than a Mack truck. I can suspend disbelief a bit, but don't insult my intelligence if you want me to keep coming back.
True, but I still thought it was fun and what I expected out of it. Very few shows out there anymore where you don't have to suspend disbelief quite a bit, but especiallly ones like this.TechDawgMc said:

Having worked in Amarillo for a while, I really enjoy this. West Texas is a frame of mind! What is a funny, you hate it when your there and miss it when you leave. He nailed it on this show.Assassin said:
Landman is killing it. Absolutely nailed the casting with Billy Bob Thorton and Ali Lartner and the rest of the crew
Excellent. Wife and I watched this weekend. Well done, really liked the style using the older man to tell the story to a school.beardoc said:
I watched no. 24 on Netflix, about the Norwegian resistance in WWII. Really well done and based on a true story.
Have you watched Tulsa King?Assassin said:
1923 is really good. Added James Bond (Timothy Dalton) to the mix. Makes a great bad guy
Another Taylor Sheridan super show
Started it yesterday. Will get back to it today I think. Looks interesting!beardoc said:

I have. Excellent script and the perfect avenue for an older Stallone. Dude still looks like he could crush an auto door...FLBear5630 said:Have you watched Tulsa King?Assassin said:

Didn't think I would like it, but like everything else Stallone does you have to reluctantly admit that it is entertaining as hell... My wife likes it and she doesn't like violent shows.
Really jacked on the first two seasons. They changed something in S3. Herky jerky for sure. S3, E1 was almost unwatchableFranchiseBear said:
Agree on Tulsa King. It is not high level art but it is entertaining and enjoyable.
I am late to The Bear. Two episodes left for us on Season 2 - had no idea how intense this show was going to be - really liking it.
Stallone does a great job in that role. He moves well for his age, although it looks like he used too much insulin with the Growth Hormone in his workout regiment based on his belly.Assassin said:I have.
