Looks like some concrete in there already!?

Where will the fancy gar den be located?
They call the one in New York the Madison Square Garden. Why not just go ahead and call this the Foster Gar Den?

My sources tell me that the little bulge of water near the new arena (some call it a marina) will be named "Gar Bay".

It's a tie-in with some of the retail and entertainment that is going in nearby.

Apparently, there will be an LGBTQ-friendly establishment called the Gar Bay Gay Bar.

I wish. No, I am in Waco a little more these days, probably 2 times per week or so.

So, I just take advantage of the easy access.

I was living almost 200 miles away when they built McLane, so it was more difficult to update.

We had 34 years of attendance history In Ferrell to help us decide the capacity of the new arena.

And the downsizing of our football stadium has worked out very well.

Don't tell that to all the alums & Joe Waco BU fans that will get priced out of the tiny arena. Baylor doesn't care about selling out the arena, they care about making people pay a premium price for tickets.

Because for 90% of the time that Baylor has played at the Ferrell, they fielded crap teams that not even Baylor fans wanted to watch. Now that they are consistently in the top 10 they build a tiny arena. Why? So they can charge premium prices - this ain't rocket science.

Baylor's been a top 25 program the last decade and a top 5 program the last 5 years yet they have how many sellouts? 5? Maybe that's being generous. Place is never full. Downsizing is the right move
