ESPN changed the vendor producing that list. The prior vendor was hyper focused on skills. The new vendor focuses on an athleticism/skill set balance. Also, the new vendor talks "efficiency matrix" when discussing prospects [analyzing scoring efficiency, individual defensive efficiency, and team O/D efficiency differential (with/without recruit on court)].
