His "wife" (only used when it's convenient as apparently they were not married_) filed against Abrego in Upper Marlboro, Maryland on May 5, 2021, claiming Kilmoar Abrego Garcia had beaten her.

Vance here says basically what I have been saying. What process is due? And that has to be answered within the context of 'we just allowed 20 million illegal people in the country' and what do we have in the way of judicial and department of justice resources?

And I do think it's reasonable to say more process is needed to send a guy to prison in El Salvador than is required to send someone back to their home country.

They hope to gain power from all of the illegal immigration, so basically yeah. They think it helps get them back in charge of USAID etc.

Not only are some of the district court judges out of control, but what do you think about Senator Van Hollen of Maryland going to El Salvador to attempt to get Garcia released from prison there and returned to the United States. I saw an interview with the mother of the woman from Maryland murdered by an MS-13 gang member where she said Van Hollen had not reached out to her and she is his legal constituent. Do you think he has his priorities straight?

Just curious, does Senator Van Hollen think he can tell the President of El Salvador how to run his country? Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador not the United States. He was under a deportation order from our country. And I understand that his own lawyers are not fighting the deportation order on its merits, but only on the basis of his deportation to the country of El Salvador.

If the left wants back an MS-13 gang member, fight his adjudicated deportation order, and go to El Salvador to attempt to get his release from prison, and die on that hill, well then so be it. I think our side will have about 70% of the public with us on that.

You keep assuming without proof that he is an MS-13 member. That's part of the problem. Even if it's true, Trump is still bound by the law.

We are paying El Salvador to house these prisoners, supposedly temporarily, until we decide what to do with them. They are still in the constructive custody of the United States. Trump knows he can bring them back any time, and he knows he has the obligation to do so when a court orders it.

Sam has a little idol in black robes he consults before any decision, judging by his posts.

We have no President, and elections don't really matter. We just have to obey those tyrants on the bench, that's what Sam thinks all our Founders hoped for and our young men died in battle for - so some dictator with a gavel can force their will on us plebes.

Thank you folks for more documentation that Garcia was in fact a member of MS-13. We have provided you Sam with the sources like judges decisions from two courts, our own justice department, ICE and others. The only ones claiming to my knowledge that Garcia is not an MS-13 member is his wife and family. And of course they would deny it.

Congrats to the posters who said we have millions to remove from our country. With this as an example in just one case, can you imagine how many years or decades it would take to rid ourselves of the illegals who broke into the U.S. and whose asylum claims were bogus. The task would be made impossible by these activist judges. Unlike Sam, who evidently thinks that these judges become even-handed geniuses when they put on a black robe, I believe some of them definitely bring a political agenda that can be shown by their associations and organizations they belonged to before they became judges. Some of them could not answer basic questions about the Constitution during their confirmation hearings in the Senate.

No we don't have the time or the money as a country to drag their removal over years. We spent around 140 Billion per year taking care of millions of illegals who basically broke into our country. We don't have the same country we all grew up in if they are allowed to stay. Therefore they should all be escorted out of the country and told to come in through the legal process as others that respect us have to do. We will gladly accept those deserving folks as fellow citizens.

Wear some Bulls gear, go hang out with gang-bangers who have drugs and tons of cash on them, and see what happens.

Yeah, just another lawyer seduced by the glamor and riches of immigration law...

It's probably closer to 13 million, but in any case we're not going to deport all of them in any short period of time. We can speed up the process in various ways, e.g. expedited and administrative removals.

Due process is fundamental to our identity and way of life.

The mass deportations you want would cost hundreds of billions of dollars up front and even more in lost productivity. If Trump is determined to pursue them and has enough public support, he can do so...but not at the cost of fundamental rights.

Where did the NYC come into play?

This is what the report says:

Officers then interviewed Kilmar Armando ABREGO-GARCIA. During the interview officers Thursday, March 28, 2019: Exh . B4 observed he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears and mouth of the presidents on the separate denominations. Officers know such clothing to be indicative of the Hispanic gang culture. The meaning of the clothing is to represent "ver, oir y callar" or "see no evil, hear- no evil and say no evil". Wearing the Chicago Bulls hat represents thay they are a member in good standing with the MS-13. Offic.ers contacted a past proven and reliable source of infonnation, who advised Kilmar Armando ABREGO-GARCIA is an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique. The confidential source further advised that he is the rank of "Chequeo" with the moniker of "Chele".

What your fellow posters are documenting is called guilt by association, a classic tool of authoritarian….

And violent transnational criminal syndicates have often used plausible deniability, innuendo, and dual use symbols to hide their motives and intents

(The Sicilian mob pioneered this stuff centuries ago)

Amazing how anyone can attempt to make a 'victim' out of this gang banger.

Did he live in Minneapolis or what ?
Amazing how anyone can fail to see that due process protects us all.
