Yay. Present that in court. That's where the state gets to take advantage of due process and have their opportunity to be heard.
It was. Twice.

It's really sad that you know that due process was not part of either of those proceedings and can still say this.

You chose to back the gang bangers, and the more facts that come out the worse you look

You are choosing some very poor hills to die on, and pretending the gangers didn't get due process because you don't like what they got is not helping your argument.

You never could see the difference between the issue and the people it affects.

My support for the 5th and 14th amendments, the Constitution, is not support for the people who may have done things nobody likes

Nobody.

But you've never made that distinction

First, the evidence of gang membership should be litigated. If the state has evidence it can be produced during due process.

Second, you're a liar

Does that help you in your business? I wouldn't think so but...

Wage suppression? what do you mean?
[A surplus of labor will lead to increased competition among job seekers, driving wages down as workers are willing to accept lower pay to secure employment.] the immigrants are already here and absorbed into the economy. It appears to me that wages continue to rise.

[In a situation of excess supply in the labor market, with many applicants for every job opening, employers will have an incentive to offer lower wages than they otherwise would have. Nurses' salary will move down toward equilibrium.]

Flood any country will migrants and wages will decline or remain stagnant

A MS 13 terrorist, sent home. His hand slapped.

And the left wants to keep him in the country until they think they can win the midterms or the 2028s so they can release him to the public.

Or then if they win, they will pay El Salvador to send an El Salvadorian citizen to the USA so he can continue beating women and human trafficking

Tells you how far that party has gone off the rails.

Their own internal numbers must tell them that the party faithful are energized by the idea of fighting for return of a illegal immigrant (and most likely MS 13 gang member)

Their internals tell them to fight Trump on everything. But, unfortunately for this story, they jumped into without knowing just how thuggish the thug was before committing to it. They bought their own bull**** that he was just a father living the normal life in Maryland.

The reality is he is a wife beating, human trafficker, and member of a terrorist organization.

Do you really care how this Kilmar Garcia is removed from the country? He is a citizen of El Salvador. They have him. He is no longer our problem and thankfully so. He had deportation orders. Justice was served.

When the millions flooded into our country and were released by Biden and Mayorkas as they ignored our laws, all of you who are so righteous now about due process and the rule of law were totally silent when rules were not followed that allowed so many gangbangers and criminals to enter and cause us so much grief. And when Obama deported millions during his Presidency it was crickets from the media and the left. No one cared. Suddenly it is tyrannical action because President Trump is doing the removing. Ridiculous.

Most of the millions came in wrongly and they should be removed in the fastest manner possible. If that means appointing more immigration judges to have short asylum hearings to settle those claims, then do it. But the gang members and criminals should be in another category, and I am not sure they are not due to their criminal backgrounds.

Wouldn't a deportation order be tantamount to a warrant? Are those not issued by judges whose jurisdiction is immigration?

But I guess you'd blame the founders for the Constitution.

You are looking at politics and I'm looking at economics. The Austrian School is a branch of economics, essentially capitalism iodates for modern conditions. Those other issues are irrelevant to the discussion.
What I'm saying is, strictly in terms of economics, foreign workers migrating across the border is a good thing from the Austrian point of view. It's nothing but supply and demand in action. The immigration restrictions that you favor are an example of the government messing things up.

Only if they come legally. You obviously have no idea what kind of immigration restrictions I favor do you should not jump to conclusions. You look foolish going so.
That doesn't change the economic analysis. Whether legally or not, they are meeting a demand.
They are seriously only meeting the demand by the party elites for more Democrat party voters over the last four years.
Again, if you have to import voters illegally to stay in power, you are not legit.
Noncitizen voting is vanishingly rare, despite what Trump would have you believe.

Not really. Instead more and more reports are coming out of illegal voting in 2024. It's quite possible that Trump's landslide victory was bigger than anyone realizes once one filters out all the fraudulent votes for Kamala, many by illegals with no right to vote in the US.
"Reports" meaning fake news from Truth Social.

In any case, you're kind of making my point. It's not really about economics.

No. News reports from a variety of sources. I did not see any from Truth Social since I'm not on it and I don't think any of the stories I've seen referenced it.

The most recent is about illegals voting in Wisconsin but I recall stories about this issue in multiple states. If memory serves, at least one or two reports included responses by various govt agencies to address the problem.
If you read this board, you've seen the Truth Social garbage.

There was no actual problem in Wisconsin. Just an effort by some activists and politicians to disenfranchise recently naturalized citizens.

Kind of how you and your buddies wanted Trump blocked from being able to run bc of the 14th amendment, even though your argument was utter garbage and was rightfully destroyed by the SCOTUS.

I believe in the Constitution, just not the Donkey-fiction you toss out when your D party losers step on another rake.

And as for the people affected, I never forgot the innocent victims of illegal gangers here, something you cannot bring yourself to even admit happened.
