I would assume he used warrants from Administrative Judges with deportation orders, and other pertinent laws like those caught just entering the country and were allowed to be removed and other means. One thing I am sure of is there were not three million civil trials for all of those Obama removed. The left just never complained because it was a democrat who did the removing rather than President Trump. When the media and the leftist groups whine and complain about an issue constantly in mass, it can bring real focus to something that otherwise would not be there, would you not agree.

As to the constant due process mantra I would ask about the January 6 defendants who the FBI spent an insane amount of time studying tens of thousands of hours of video to hunt down anyone at the Capital that day, and the Justice Department would bundle the infractions to increase jail time to years over minor misdemeanors in many cases. Furthermore, they denied many decent folks their civil rights and "due process" by keeping them in jail for up to two years awaiting trial in the seedy Washington D.C. jails. I don't recall any of you that complain about the unfair treatment of illegals who broke into the United States saying one thing about the unreasonable denial of those January 6 protesters due process rights. And they are American Citizens. Or did I miss it somehow?

Everyone knows if Obama had invoked the alien enemies act to deport some alien criminals that these same judges would have had no problem with it. The media would have celebrated the genius of Obama.

Almost every election in the last 100 years has been decided by the economy and / or war. Trump is doing the absolute right thing with these tariffs, but his actions could easily cost the Republicans in the next election.

Which is why our politicians have not addressed these trade issues previously.

What so many here seem to miss in the tariff noise, is how short voter memory can be

If Trump appears to win by next July, he will be golden. If he appears to have lost at that same time, then Republicans will be in trouble. Note that optics will be very important at that time,for some voters more important than the actual facts.

Poll numbers from May/June 2025 will not be remembered. Yet the panic pimps are doing everything they can to scare voters now.

It will take two quarters anyway to really gauge actual effects. But that's too logical for someone basing their argument on hysteria.

I agree with your assessment. It is too early to see how any of President Trump's major policy decisions play out. And of course that will determine his fate and Republicans fate with the public. I believe Trump will achieve success through his use of tariffs on trade policy with other countries and create an economic boom, but there is a chance it could not work that way.

And he did promise to get the Russia/Ukraine war ended during his campaign and that has not happened yet even though he and his team are pulling out all of the stops to get a permanent cease fire in place. So far Putin is not cooperating. We'll see if Trump can pull this one off. It will certainly put the wind at his back if he can. Stay tuned.

He has worked wonders to shut down the southern border. What President Trump has done is nothing short of amazing. But now these radical judges are making rulings from the Bench that have no basis in law, which are preventing the speedy removal of illegal gangbangers and hardened criminals from the country. He needs an assist from the Supreme Court which has so far been lacking. They or congress need to step up to the plate and reign these judges in. It should be an easy lift to remove the gang members and criminals murdering and committing crimes against American Citizens. All of them must go.

My hope is we finally have an individual with the guts to take a somewhat long term look at the country's problems over the usual short term selfish view, which gives a chance to future generations to have the American Dream as our generation had. I hope and Pray that it works out and I believe that it will.
