President Trump follows the rulings from the Supreme Court. Now we have another Obama appointed judge thumbing his nose at a Supreme Court ruling he doesn't agree with and demands President Trump furnish more information to him. Some of these district court judges elevate themselves to a power status never seen before in American judicial history. How could they not be for the illegals. The Supreme Court said Trump acted properly in overturning Biden's actions on the more than 300,000 Venezuelans and could deport them and this judge said before Trump did that he required him to provide certain information to his court. Sure looks like disobeying the Supreme Court to me.
You've been exposing yourself to some frighteningly bad legal commentary in recent days. "Every man for himself" is precisely what these people want...in the hope they can take advantage of it, naturally.
As an example, I would bring up the backlash in public opinion over the lawfare by let's say overzealous Attorney Generals, District Attorneys and Prosecutors who brought lawsuit after lawsuit against President Trump as a political strategy. When the public realized the cases had no merit, and were simply to stop Trump politically, they got behind Trump and his poll numbers went up instead of down. The public was smarter than the idealogues thought.
The judge explained his action very simply: "The Supreme Court's decision stayed the Court's postponement order but did not stay litigation on the merits."
