I cannot in good conscience vote for either Paxton or Talarico.

Paxton Victory's fundraising report is in. Top donors were Cody Campbell and John Sellers of Double Eagle Energy. Campbell is chairman of the Texas Tech regents.

Doug Scharbauer, Jerry Jones of the Cowboys and Gary Heavin of Curves round out his top 5. Each gave $250K+.

saw something funny tonight. Talarico was on one of the morning shows and they were discussing how some folks say Talarico is not Texan enough . The host brought up Paxton and said "Isn't he from North Dakoda? Wasn't he raised California and only came to Texas for college". Thankfully his University wasn't named. Host then ask him, tell me about you background, Talarico said "I was born in Laredo, 4th Generation Texan, Went to UT". Host asked so...what did you do for the 4th? Talarico said" in a very humble brag, I was with Willie at his 4th of July picnic celebrating our 250yr birth from British will Paxton spent his 4th in London. Kinda funny

While refusing to debate can also hurt a candidate. I have seen elections where I looked forward to a lively debate between two intelligent and skilled people, while this has the makings of a demolition derby.
