Isn't threatening the life a of a sitting judge to influence the outcome of a trial a federal offence?
yes, but you would need a DA to file the charges and pursue them... and they will only do that if they can link you to Jan 6th or Donald Trump... otherwise... you are just a good little BLM/Dem voter who got a bit emotional... you just need a timeout in a safe space with a emotional support puppy... no crime here.

Love at the end how quickly the most pressing issue turned from harassing the man in the vehicle to finding the owner of the phone as soon as he realized a mob wasn't coming to help him.

Not if you're on the right team. Besides, the Justice Department is too busy focusing on school parents and journalists to worry about this petty crap.

After Finding Out Rittenhouse Shot White Males, BLM Reminds Everyone That All Lives Matter

KENOSHA, WIBLM protesters have gathered outside the courthouse to protest Kyle Rittenhouse. It seemed like a textbook BLM event, but there was a snag: someone informed the Black Lives Matter protesters today that everyone Kyle Rittenhouse shot was white.
The protesters hastily changed their signs, shirts, and chants to say "All Lives Look, everyone matters, no matter their skin color," said BLM protester Beau L'*****au. "You can't just say one kind of life matters or focus on the color of the victims' skin. All life is precious, and Rittenhouse violated that when he shot those poor white guys who were minding their own business."
"I mean, saying 'Black Lives Matter' is kind of reductive and racist when you think about it," he added. "It's like, we're judging people by the color of their skin rather than the content of the character. Hey, that has a nice ring to it. I should write that down or make a speech out of it or something."
The All Lives Matter protest raged all around the courthouse as the jury continued to deliberate. "All Lives Matter! All Lives Matter!" chanted the crowd to speak up for the lives Rittenhouse took that August day.
At publishing time, organizers had confirmed they would be changing their slogan back as soon as the trial ends.

Any speak of his travel to the riots means nothing. He has as much right to be there guarding against the rioters as the rioters had to be there rioting. Period. He had every right to use deadly force against a violent man threatening to kill him and chasing him, grabbing for his gun in his final moments. He had every right to defend himself from the man who tried to hit him in the head with a skateboard. He had every right to shoot the armed rioter who was aiming his pistol at him. The kid should walk.

No but he didn't have any reason to be there. Whether he had the right to be flaunting an AR he didn't own, in another state, was an interesting legal discussion, but the guy is an idiot who was looking for trouble. Trouble may have found him before he started his own, but he's an idiot for being there at all.

Edit: also wasn't he 17? Can we just agree that we wouldn't enjoy the results of a police force full of 17 year olds? That maybe policing should not be done by rando 17 year olds?
LOL

The kid who was on site rendering first aid and volunteering to protect private property,... "didn't have any reason to be there"...

but the violent rioters who were destroying property, setting fires and attacking people.. they definitely should have been there and been protected from people like Rittenhouse??

What planet do you live on??

Rittenhouse was invited to be on that property by the owner of that private property.. the violent rioters who were committing crimes were the ones who had no reason to be there.

Didn't the owner deny asking him? So no he wasn't invited, and he was out amongst rioters with an AR. Yeah he's an idiot. Some of you may think he was a monk medic on the beaches of Normandy, sworn to nonviolence unless attacked, rendering aid to allies and Nazis with equal measure, but that's a little different from what happened. He should never have been where he was, alone, open carrying an AR. Absolutely stupid.
He was standing outside a car dealership, attempting to protect the building and cars from being destroyed when the first guy started chasing him around the parking lot. The guy was screaming at Rittenhouse, and threatening his life. Rittenhouse was running away from the guy and finally had to shoot him once it was clear that he wasn't going to escape.
Then the crowd began to gather around and yell at Rittenhouse, who got scared and ran down the street, towards the cops who were standing at the end of the street.
While he was running down the street, several of the rioters chased after him. One of them caught up to him and hit him in the back of the head with the skateboard, knocking Rittenhouse to the ground. Then they jumped him while he was on the ground. One of the scumbags who was trying to stomp his head into the ground was shot by Rittenhouse... another dead scumbag, and another public service.
Rittenhouse is still on the ground when another guy runs up on him, this time with a gun in his hand. When he points the gun at his head, Rittenhouse shot this scumbag in the arm.
Finally, Rittenhouse is able to get up and continues to run to the cops... who tell him to get off the streets and spray him with pepper spray.

So no... he wasn't "amongst the rioters with an AR" as you described it. He was not even on the street until he was trying to run to the cops for help. He was standing on private property, in an effort to defend that property from destruction. If the rioters had just walked down the street... nothing would have ever happened. Nothing did happen until the convicted pedophile began chasing Rittenhouse around the parking lot and threatening to kill Rittenhouse.

The people who should have never been there are the pedophile, the wife beater and the criminal with the handgun.... sadly, one of those scumbags survived the justified shootings.
Or maybe all of them shouldn't have been there. And listen, you aren't there to protect something when at the first sign of action that would require defensible protection you run away. In fact his lack of being a "protector" is his best defense. He ran away from an escalating situation and they pursued him with intent to harm.

once again... incorrect.

Rittenhouse had been there all day... rendering first aid to those in need, cleaning graffiti off of private property, and putting out literal fires.

The incident began when Rittenhouse approached some of the rioters who were attempting to set property on fire (I believe it was a car). He was carrying a fire extinguisher in his hands, and the AR slung over his shoulder. When the pedophile came after him to stop him from using the fire extinguisher, Rittenhouse dropped the fire extinguisher and began to retreat back towards the building. The pedophile gave chase and eventually, Rittenhouse had to shoot the scumbag.

You guys who are in defense of the pedophile, the wife beater and the criminal with the gun should really look into the actual facts of the case.

He was not at the Car Source (what he was there to defend) at the first shooting. He was walking by a separate auto repair shop when he was chased by Rosenbaum.

Exactly, not a protector, just a clean up guy with a weapon.

I'm not defending anyone, just shooting down the demagoguery of Rittenhouse. Self defense. Stick to the facts instead of building an unwarranted hero.

Richards said they tried to get drone video from the Drone company and the State. He also said owner shut down his company 17 days after drone footage was released.

My gosh

Prosecution caught in lies and misconduct. Defense botching the argument and not pushing for dismissal.

Judge doesn't understand technology and prosecution lying about technology hoping he'll just gloss it over.

Judge says he doesn't trust the Prosecution based on their activities around the drone footage.

Honestly a little shocked at how off the rails ATL is on this one. I think he's bought into the 'systematic racism' lie and holds blacks to lower standards than every other color.

He ran away from an escalating situation and they pursued him with intent to harm.

most states require an individual to attempt to flee from danger before they use deadly force.
Rittenhouse is a law abiding citizen, who attempted to get away from the criminals attacking him. Once it was clear that escape was not an option, he used lawful deadly force to stop the attacks.

Too bad you are more interested in silly jokes, rather than a situation which costs 2 idiots their lives.
Maybe if you take this more seriously, you can avoid being killed in the future. I say this because I seriously doubt you would be a Rittenhouse, but you could easily be a Rosenbaum... based upon your previous posts on this site.

We watched a year of this **** go on while democrat governors and mayors held back police and demanded defunding of police. Those riots are what led to Jan 6th. People were tired of watching cities burn and the media outright lie about it. It's no wonder people doubted the election results, the democrats and media have zero credibility left.

Honestly a little shocked at how off the rails ATL is on this one. I think he's bought into the 'systematic racism' lie and holds blacks to lower standards than every other color.
Definitely not me on the lower standards. I just hate to see us elevating people in the same manner the left does. Let's not play the same absurd narrative game of the left.
