why wasn't Kyle Rittenhouse "charged"?

Was this trial just an illusion to the left?

I wonder who she would rather have explain it to her son; Kyle the hero or the violent convicted pedophile Kyle had to shoot?

They cheapen what happened to Till. When you call everyone you disagree with a racist enough times pretty soon the label lacks any significance.

It's white corpses though... Is his narrative that a white guy went to the riot intending to shoot white people because he is racist?

He is in photos with white supremacists, making their hand gesture or whatever. But that really doesn't prove anything.

I saw some highlights on ESPN. It seems a number of NBA players are racists because they make the white power hand sign

Sad but true. Blame the cartels for the drugs, the alcohol manufacturers for the booze and the media and politicians for the hate

Some news outlets suggesting this red car was fleeing a crime scene and was not targeting the parade.

That's a hell of a coincidence to happen 1 hour from Kenosha 2 days after the Rittenhouse verdict.

Bet the 3 killers were high or drunk.....and believed the 2 men killed by Rittenhouse were black.

You're fleeing a crime scene and inadvertently drive into a Christmas parade?

Sounds like a bad "Naked Gun" movie plot.

Any speak of his travel to the riots means nothing. He has as much right to be there guarding against the rioters as the rioters had to be there rioting. Period. He had every right to use deadly force against a violent man threatening to kill him and chasing him, grabbing for his gun in his final moments. He had every right to defend himself from the man who tried to hit him in the head with a skateboard. He had every right to shoot the armed rioter who was aiming his pistol at him. The kid should walk.

Made a dumb choice and put himself in a situation to only escalate violence. The likelihood he would be attacked and thereby shoot someone was high. And he purposefully put himself there anyways.

Don't think he should spend his life in jail but he shouldn't get off scot free.
. I agree, dumb for him to go there, but that isn't against the law.

Glad he didn't get a murder charge. The evidence didn't support that at all. However, I do hope this whole process has pushed him to mature and understand the gravity of our choices. If I was in an altercation that resulted in the deaths of 2 people, I doubt I'd ever be the same and would be constantly playing the what if game.

Right verdict just like OJ. You don't have to like the verdict for it to be correct.
Not even remotely comparable. There was DNA evidence of Goldman and his ex-wife in OJ's car for goodness sake.

Guy should have been convicted.

Yet the prosecution did not make that case in a way that Convinced 12 jurors. Literally the point I was making. You can think he is guilty but the prosecutor couldn't convince a jury of that. That is the system at work, imo.
You could say that same thing anytime a jury gets it wrong. Doesn't mean it was the "right" verdict.

Both verdicts were right in the sense that the evidence produced by the state was insufficient to convict. That's all nein51 is saying.
Sometimes you get a jury that's not going to convict regardless of the evidence. The DNA evidence in that case is what should have nailed OJ. But that jury was never going to convict him.

DNA evidence wasn't as accurate back then, it couldn't exclude the likely killer, OJ's son

But you are wrong to claim to know what that jury wouldn't do, especially in light of the crap case as presented by the prosecution. Among the criminal defense bar the the OJ verdict was entirely expected.

We talking about the same jury that flashed a black power sign when the verdict was read? Don't disagree that the prosecution made a lot of mistakes (as did the team investigating), but the evidence was still overwhelming. The racial make-up of this jury is why OJ is free.

Read a book about the theory that OJ's son was the killer. It was pretty flimsy from what I recall. But of course, we now have OJ essentially admitting he committed the crime anyway.

I think this video is a little misleading as it makes it look like there are thousands of protestors. The protestors are laying in the street plus some guy on a bull horn.

It is pretty apparent that the people walking by on the sidewalks are leaving a Portland Sounders game yesterday.

How does this is piece of **** continue to get away with blatant false defamation of an innocent person.

He has the same mindset of the racist white people who would automatically convict a black man on murder when it would be very suspect that the man did anything.

Of course he looks at himself as a defender of truth and right.

So did the racist white people who would automatically convict a black man for no reason.

Same soulless heart, different target.

Every person of every race, religion and creed deserves a fair trial. That is all Rittenhouse got.
Anybody that actually followed the trial knows it was fair. Some people don't want fair.
