This is going to be a really short thread. I know of only 2-3 posters that called for his firing after the first season. Many of us were unhappy and felt he underachieved, but recognized the man deserves at least 3 seasons to instill his system and try and turn it around.

Nah, let the clown keep trying to revive his silly thread. His insecurities are needed comic relief in an otherwise stressful workday. The fact that they result from a sarcastic post that the dolt actually took seriously just adds to the comic relief.

Long live this thread! It is a monument to stupidity!

Mothra ( Mosura) is a kaiju that first appeared in Toho's 1961 film Mothra. Mothra has appeared in several Toho tokusatsu films, most often as a recurring character in the Godzilla franchise. She is typically portrayed as a colossal dolt of a sentient caterpillar or imago moth, accompanied by two miniature dolt humanoids speaking on her behalf. Unlike other Toho monsters, Mothra is a largely dolt character, having been variously portrayed as a protector of her own island culture, the Earth, and Japan. Though identified as a kind of moth, the character's design is more evocative of a peacock butterfly, and has dolt-like mandibles rather than a proboscis. The character is often depicted hatching dolt offspring (in some cases, twins) when approaching death, a nod to the Sasra doctrine of numerous Indian religions.

It's hard for me to believe, but with the new season approaching with some good possibilities, I'm even giving Rhule a mulligan for last year if he can win 5-6 games.
TexasScientist
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Four of those game should be automatic wins so a 5 or 6 win record isn't saying much.

Tx Scientist, this is Rhule we're talking about, coming off of a 1-11 season. The days of automatic wins are over. It just seems that 5-6 wins on the heels of 1-11 would be good for this team at this point.

I agree the days of automatic wins are over with Rhule - Liberty demonstrated that. And yes, I agree a 5-6 win would be good for the team at this point, but more wins would be better. They should have been 5-6 last year or better, and expected to be in contention for a bowl game this year. Maybe they'll make up the lost ground this year. I hope so. As of now, I have little confidence in his ability to successfully coach in this league.

I wasn't implying it wasn't a good thing. That's why I put it in the "CMR not a mistake" thread.

Has a Baylor HC ever moved directly to a "step up" HC football job? Would Rhule be the first if he can pull it off?
