Many of the all time great college QBs did not end up having long NFL careers.

Heck think about most of the record holders in college in all the various categories..... and virtually none of them had NFL success.

This article ranks QBs in a very statistical way and has 25 names on it. Cam Newton is the one with the most success. (NFL)

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2340678-power-ranking-the-10-greatest-college-football-qbs-of-all-time

Edit be sure to check out number 13 and number 5 ..... and then come back and complain about how horrible our previous coach, teams and players were.......

Who has ever complained that the previous coaches, teams, and players were not successful??
Are you talking about the scandal? People can complain about the sex assault scandal, without it meaning that the football teams were "horrible" at football... get it?

Would you like a list of names or do you want to just go read this board for yourself?

I've been here awhile, but never heard anyone say that winning 2 Big12 championships, and a heisman, and being contenders for the playoffs, was unsuccessful.
I've heard plenty of criticism over the handling of sexual assaults, and the belief that the previous staff may have been involved in a cover up... Never seen a complaint that the Briles era was unsuccessful on the field. Can you show me evidence of those complaints, so I can call them morons? If not, then stop pretending that it's obvious. If it's obvious, then finding proof should be easy.

You can start with WAC/Gust and Thee. Then you can move on to any number of posters who have sought to minimize the accomplishments of the previous staff's 50 wins in five seasons by taking a handful of losses as representative of the whole rather than the wins. There is not time to name them all and it is really not worth the effort to do so anyway.

What have you heard about the handling of the 90% of sexual assault/domestic violence allegations that did not involve football players? We're all ears.

Baylor Football is no longer about winning football games. The sooner people realize this, the better off they will be. It is what it is.

The 7.625M that we are paying the staff (does not include Jersey's recent raise) sure seems expensive for not caring about winning.

Remember though. Rhoades made the decision that he was going to hire Jersey (somewhere) when he was at Mizzou. That's why there were no other serious candidates considered for the BU job. This decision happened in Colombia, Missouri a few years back.

Since you offered, give me the list.

Don't forget X.

Never ever ever tell anyone that

Pretty sure no one from any media outlet is worrying about me. Thanks for the concern.
Try to get some sleep it will help you!!

He's still drunk from this morning
Why are you here? Tell me how I am wrong? You would have to be drunk on stupid to think otherwise.

Can you honestly say that youre sober more often than not when you post on here?

My theory is that Rhule had success at Temple the same way Dennis Franchione had success at TCU and Dan Hawkins had success at Boise State. Franchione success was because of Gary Patterson and Hawkins success was because of Chris Peterson. If I'm correct we maybe hired the wrong person from Temple and could have hired the right person for half the money. Watching Rhule last year he looked like he did not know what to do.

Your theory isn't a very good one given what his coaches say about him, but which coach, in your opinion, should we have hired off his staff instead?
