The DOJ is scared lol. You should be ashamed of yourself for supporting this bull****, they obviously have something to hide that's damning to them.

Damning against the Russiagate team.

DOJ is saying the IC assessment is urgent to national security, and a Special Master would slow that down because the same agents are working both the assessment and criminal investigation. Considering Trump had those documents for 18 mos, this is complete bull*****

This is a pretty obscure legal issue. I have no idea who's right, and I doubt many of you do either. Have you even read the motion yet?

there is a group that is already filed against Judge Cannon for ethics violations for taking the case in the first place but they wouldn't have filed it if she had ruled against Trump. They're doing the same thing that they did with the judge from Florida related to the mask mandate.

Yeah, any legal move Trump makes is a "scheme", "tactic" or "excuse". Anything DOJ or Liz does is perfectly fine and expected. You guys are pathetic.

Just because you don't like someone doesn't make them guilty. Hope you are ok if nothing comes of this after the election, which is all this election scheme is by the Dems. But, don't worry there will be more investigations in 2024.

I guess overdue library books are more important than exposing classified documents with foreign actors and lying about it.

I watched Regime media for the first time in a while ... they had a"special report" interviewing Mensa President and US VP Kamala Brown discussing her uniquely intelligent take on the dangers of overdue library books. Yeah - I'm no way is this a coordinated political stunt.

Nothing, not a single thing (unless you have something you haven't cited?) points to any docs from MAL that are damning of the DOJ.

I can't trust the FBI.

Team Trump hinted that it was related to Russiagate.

The same FBI/DOJ caught Steele's primary subsource Igor Danchenko in a number of lies. Just yesterday we learned they signed Danchenko up as a paid FBI confidential human source. By doing so, the FBI prevented discovery of its own misconduct. Utterly corrupt and self-serving.

I posted previously there is a reasonable theory that the library book raid was cover for the FBI to get some potentially damning documents from Trump about the Russia Hoax. Seems more plausible than nuclear codes or whatever other stupid speculation the regime media engages in.

Am I vocal about calling into question a legit election? Sure.

And I don't concern myself with people who think some things were a little out of the ordinary except, usually, to agree in regard to specific instances that also, usually, had no effect on the outcome.

So, do you think all the veterans who returned from Vietnam and protested the war were violating the Logan Act?

oh stop it with the straw man.

The Logan Act isn't about dissent. It's about private negotiations with foreign powers involved in disputes with the USG. And what Kerry did; he is a member of a party not holding the White House and he engaged in policy discussions with a foreign power involved in treaty negotiations with the USG. Literally, press reports indicated that Kerry advised foreign powers to ignore Trump and wait for Dems to regain control of the WH. And lo & behold, now that the Dems have returned to power, Kerry is a high level foreign policy official in the WH.

Kerry's entreaty to the Iranians was a classic, textbook scenario the LA attempted to outlaw. A member of opposing party, a former presidential nominee with official foreign policy porfolio, engaging in partisan diplomacy during a policy interregnum. No question he shoulda been investigated. It's like looking at a kid with blueberries all over his face holding a half eaten pie, with neighbors positing videos of the violation all over social media, and deciding "oh well.....no harm, no foul."

And while we're at it: apply the same kind of lenient, "boys will be boys / politics is politics" prosecutorial discretion to J6 that we applied to Kerry vs the Logan act. We don't even have a J6 commission.

Just another example in the dual system of justice.

Igor Danchenko, a primary contributor to the Steele dossier, was hired by the FBI as a confidential informant in 2017, Special Counsel John Durham revealed in a new court filing.

The Russian national was ultimately charged in 2021 as part of Durham's probe of the Trump-Russia investigation; he is accused of lying to the FBI regarding his sources for some claims in the Steele dossier. The charges focus on statements Danchenko made related to the sources he used in providing information to an investigative firm in the United Kingdom.

Hiring Danchenko as a paid source protects him from public inquiry. Protection of sources & methods. Yeah, prosecutors and congressional investigators can get to him, but have to jump lots of hurdles that take lots of time and end up with lots & lots of redactions of anything revealed to the public.
