We never had a 1st civil war.
We had a secessionist war where half the country tied to leave. They wanted to be left alone by Washington and had no desire to rule the other half at all.
The next time neither of the opposing sides will make that mistake.
It will be a true civil war. One side will win total victory and mass eliminate the other side.

If you mail out absentee ballots to every voter in heavy democratic distrits and don't do the same for every voter in Republican districts then that in itself is a unfair election. It drove up participation rates in Atlanta, Philadelphia , Milwaukee and Detroit to over 89% when it normally was 57%. Unfair and a form of cheating. Covid was a excuse to use mail in ballots with no chain of custody for many of them.
