I still say ignore these overreaching judges. Just do what Biden did.

Whole point is to Obstruct AND get him to ignore one of their rulings. They are striving to get the executive branch to ignore a ruling so the left can have a field day and have ammo against Trump.

I think we're getting to the point that you have to ignore some of these silliest orders and let the appeals courts sort it out later. You can't let some random District court Judge be a de facto president for several weeks or months just because he says he is.

Sure. If he did something like violate the contracts clause by forgiving billions in student loan debt, contrary to Supreme Court authority, or if he massively colluded with all of the largest tech companies in the world to squelch free speech… Those kinds of things would bother me a lot.
Blowing through the order of a district court judge that says he can't deport illegal immigrants who are violent gang members, that one doesn't bother me at the moment. For some reason, we have a few article 3 judges who think they are the article 2 executive. The courts of appeals are gonna have to sort that out.
