Biden did allow all of these 15-20,000,000 into our country. In many cases Mayorkas simply ignored laws passed by congress always to the benefit of those flooding into the country. To me everything was tilted to their advantage while innocent Americans were on the wrong side of their criminal acts and us taxpayers were forced in the outyears to pay over 125 billion per year to provide all of their services even though most of us did not want them here.
So conservatives complain about the entire situation that we know was totally unnecessary. And you on the left throw a fit to keep all of the millions in the country, even those who are gang members and criminals with long rap sheets while calling us names for wanting to deport them under a declaration of an invasion by the President of the United States. I cannot think of another country that would grant such rights to non citizens. Maybe someone could enlighten me.

Well you know the law sure seems to be quite subjective to me. Surely you don't think all of these issues before the court are cut and dried do you? After all there are numerous 5-4 decisions from the Supreme Court and lower courts disagree on how they interpret issues before them, don't they? So you sure seem to put much faith in these judges that to me are just as fallible as the rest of us. Their biases are as evident as all of ours are.
That would mean that any of them could be pushing their personal beliefs and agenda rather than actual case law and the constitution. Which would mean anyone could either benefit wrongly or be disciplined wrongly by any of them. We see examples of this everyday. One person's due process might be another's judicial nightmare.

I proudly stand for removing the illegals from our country, beginning with the gang members and criminals. And as far as I am concerned those illegals that came in because an administration refused to enforce immigration laws should go out through the Alien Enemies Act. If not that then some other appropriate law or act that fast tracks them back to their country of origin. Because we have to do what is in the best interests of our country.
