Biden pays them on the way in… And Trump pays them on the way out.

I don't like it but it does save money in the long run. The main point is the direction they are going. The more illegals that self-deport the fewer ICE will have to deal with.

CNN reports people are skipping Cinco de Mayo for fear of deportation:

https://notthebee.com/article/cnn-says-mexicans-are-canceling-cinco-de-mayo-events-over-fears-of-deportation

Meanwhile, my local HEB had a mariachi band performing when I went there yesterday. Presumably, they performed today too. Everyone I saw there was enjoying it and no Hispanics seemed to have any fears about ICE or any other officials.

There were several groups out in Dallas before the rain came. Wasn't any ice involved, just water

If a decent amount take it it could prove cost effective over the costs of tracking them down and processing them...and safer

Illegals wouldn't be at a make believe holiday to celebrate Mexican culture. They don't celebrate it in any of the countries they came from.

Literally unbelievable. Question for CNN. Who had the contacts to set up the interview with a cartel? I can remember when all of us in the country were on the same team. Man those truly were the good old days. Unfortunately they are long gone.

I would just point out that Kilmar Garcia has been before numerous judges in many immigration courts. His deportation should have been carried out long ago. No one has convinced me that these illegals that break into the country are entitled to the same constitutional rights as American citizens. Why should they? They committed illegal acts to enter in most cases.

Garcia is a criminal illegal who has had his due process. No one should defend this man. He deserves the punishment he receives, whether it be here or El Salvador. Frankly we should be glad someone else is dealing with him.

It would be a simple matter to present any prior judgments to the court during a hearing
How many times would be enough?

Just an administrative hearing to prove the case by a preponderance of the evidence. A hearing years ago wasn't a deportation hearing. What is so difficult? Just bring the judgement to the immigration hearing

How about an administrative hearing for the million folks that followed our laws and entered our immigration process to become American Citizens in order for the judges to explain to them how the Biden Administration allowed millions to cut in line and get in front of them by breaking the law. We want them to have their due process don't we?

That is the key disconnect. When the pro-human trafficking side constantly ignores the law including opening the borders, ignoring immigration laws, promoting sanctuary cities, and refusing to enforce the law ... a rational, thinking person cannot take them seriously when suddenly they demand their idea of the law be perfectly followed. At the end of the day, there is one side that has made a hero out of an gang-banging human trafficker and wife beater ... the same crew that will not acknowledge mothers who lost their children to illegal alien murderers ... these folks lack the moral standing to have an opnion.

Because you are simply repeating the nonsense lie talking point.
Your goal isn't due process, it is to delay the deportations as much as possible. A delay the game tactic.

Own your lie.

Good point. But the article in the link is from a legitimate news source & they are reacting to the mainstream media story.

I voted for arresting & deporting these criminals, not bringing them in to the US or allowing them to remain. Trump won in a landslide because most Americans have these priorities.

It's possible that many of those insiders are also connected to the trafficking that is still going on.

It will take time to clean up the mess that Biden created and the bigger problems he accelerated.

Question. Is there a case before the Supreme Court now where they will rule on whether these radical lower court judges can continue to issue these nationwide injunctions that usurp Executive Branch power and of course prevent President Trump from fulfilling his mandate from the American people? I had thought they had a case in which that decision by them would be made. Was I wrong?

Or do you good folks think that they will finally intercede and set things right or not? I'm interested in your thoughts.

Big difference between Putin who we have more of a political divide but who didn't murder, rape or assault American citizens and a Sinaloa Cartel member who group has murdered, raped and assaulted our people freely for a couple of decades.

Not a fan of this makes no sense. If someone is here illegally, they need to be sent back. Period. No stipend .

Of course a citizen does not need an administrative hearing. My point is you are so insistent on giving rights to criminals that broke into our country and disrespected our laws in the process, and you never mention the victims of these illegals who are American Citizens or the immigrants who spend much money and time to go through our process the LEGAL WAY and take a back seat to these lawbreakers that should not be here at all. In other words your priorities are completely backwards. Your incentives reward illegal behavior while punishing those who uphold our laws.

So you agree that Carlos Uzcategui Vielma deserves due process?

He didn't break in. He came from Venezuela, spent the better part of a year going through the legal process, then got sent to the prison camp in El Salvador.

How would you produce his visa if there is no opportunity to present it (a hearing before the magistrate)?

Are you a complete idiot?

How does anyone handle a visa? When an immigration official asks you for papers, you hand over your passport which contains your visa. It is only done around the globe by travelers on a daily basis and has been for hundreds of years.

Shop your nonsense.

To get in the country legally from Venezuela, he had to have had a visa. He did not. As such, he did break in.
