We have tren de aragua gangbangers attacking police officers in NY City in broad daylight. These animals would slit your throat at night and sleep like a baby. And I'm supposed to worry about their due process and civil rights? All these people do is cause harm to other human beings 24/7. We encourage their lawlessness as we refuse to punish them for their illegal actions. I'm for our victimized citizens whose lives have been devastated by these illegal gang members. I'm for our country surviving this invasion. And I am really happy that I am on the right side of this issue.

And these radical judges have much to answer for as they hamstring President Trump's efforts to deport them from the country in an expedited fashion. None of them have any intention of making decisions based on the law. Rather, they write opinions to support their radical ideology.

I believe to counter this President Trump should get the Attorney General Bondi to look at the immigration laws Joe Biden, Mayorkas and others refused to enforce and bring charges against all of them for this refusal. For example some charge for not enforcing laws passed by congress or breaking their oath to the Constitution. Surely there were laws broken by many in the Biden Administration as they allowed in millions of unvetted illegal aliens, many who were terrorists, gang members, and other hardened criminals. This would be lawfare where the charges would be legit.

The Bolshevik era is more relevant than ever and these judges are modern Bolsheviks. There's nothing confusing about it. The far left wants to use violent thugs as a means to terrorize and destroy us financially, emotionally and physically.

They make these rulings because they hate you and want to destroy you.

They're not going to stop, even when the suffering they unleash on America has arrived at their own doors.

Of course the more information that comes out will show that those who have chosen to support these illegal criminals have been completely wrong.

The most criticism will be saved for these radical judges that stepped into Article II areas in their injunctions and rulings. President Trump has the right to designate criminals and gang members as a threat to American Citizens and thus remove this threat by deporting those who entered the country illegally. And the courts have no say in it. They have overstepped their authority. The only question is who will set this straight, the Supreme Court or Congress.

The one certain fact is that more innocent American Citizens will be harmed as the gangbangers and criminal illegals are allowed to remain in this country. And that should not be.

The Biden Administration let in millions for four years by not enforcing immigration laws and it's crickets from people like you. But now when Trump is deporting many illegals you and the Wall Street Journal find one case to jump up and down about. Until I hear this man's back story and how he came in, I'm holding my statement. Since the Wall Street Journal is for open borders I don't trust their reporting on the subject.

Besides all of this is happening because democrats opened the border to anyone from anywhere for four years. It would be one thing if the Trump Administration makes a few mistakes on millions of illegals on the way out, but that in no way absolves Biden and his group that flooded the country for a new set of voters. That is about as cynical as it gets.

yes, he did. He used an asylum petitions as a defense to forestall deportation, which he ultimately lost.

Any alien present without a green card can be deported for almost any reason at all, legal or not. Unpaid parking tickets would do it. Best of all, such things are executive branch determinations for which deportees have exceedingly limited appeals.

the tattoos enough are grounds for a consular officer to deny a visa application.
the tattoos alone are grounds for a BP officer at a port of entry to deny entry.

You are pushing a narrative completely disconnected from law - one does not need to commit a crime or have a criminal record to be denied entry to the USA. An alien can be a friggin' front row Baptist Church Boy Scout and get denied visas, get denied entry, or get status revoked. In the case of the consular officers abroad, the standard in statute is explicitly "guilty until proven innocent" - the applicant must prove he is not an intending immigrant, prove he has "compelling ties" to his country of residence. There is no appeal. It is completely left to the discretion of the consular officer. And the denial rate is +99%. That's why millions have flooded to cross our southern border illegally and claim asylum. It's the only chance the have......there's a 1% chance they'll actually get asylum, and a 90% chance they won't get found & deported if the don't get asylum. So an illegal alien here pending a review of an asylum petition has extremely limited due process rights. He gets a review by a refugee officer, and a lawyer to represent him at a deportation hearing before an immigration judge who is, in fact, an officer of the Executive Branch.

Do not expect SCOTUS to curb much of that. They may frown on the use of the Alien Enemies Act, but they are not going to insert standards not in statute to complicate deportation. And there is no requirement that an alien present here awaiting determination on a refugee petition must have a criminal record here or any where else to get deported from the USA. In fact, the refugee process itself is merely a defense against deportation. If the refugee petition fails, the deportation is automatic.

Executive powers on these matters are broad and exclusive.

I agree with those here who say the Executive Branch has many powers over immigration decisions. Millions were encouraged to enter the U.S. and claim asylum as a means to stay in the country. None of this should have occurred as less than 5% actually qualify for asylum. And for those who now say that all of these folks need a hearing before being deported, most of them did not show up for their asylum hearings in the first place.

They had to know they would be denied asylum in all probability and so they did not bother to show. Who wants individuals in this country who disregard laws from the moment they enter the country. It shows a lack of respect for all of us who are American Citizens. Does anyone think they will honor this country? Ever? They will continually break our laws for their entire lives and pass that on to their children.

The country cannot survive millions with that attitude. They will never assimilate into our society. During our history we gladly take in an appropriate number of immigrants who come in legally each year. They accept our culture and become part of the family and we wish them all well as they work and raise their families. But allowing an invasion is a terrible way to let millions into the country. It has caused us much trouble and this will continue for decades. The illegals must go out of the country.

If you actually care about punishing the wrongdoers and protecting the vulnerable, due process is the key. It's how you sort the guilty from the innocent.

Trump issues quotas and holds no one accountable for mistakes and abuses. That only encourages ICE to round up easy targets, people living with nothing to hide, not the real criminals. All while he seizes unprecedented "wartime" powers that would make you piss your pants if a Democrat did it.

It's all about emotion. Nothing else. Trump pushes your button, and you melt just like every quivering statist.

You obviously don't care or you'd support zero tolerance for coming into our border illegally.

All of them are criminals as defined by our own laws. They trespassed which is a crime. It doesn't matter for what reason, they are criminals because they illegally came into our country. If you disagree, then you disagree with the law.
