This war and humanitarian crisis must end!

Those who call for any war to "just end" should be required by the press to answer the question, "On what terms should it end?"
Wars don't "just" end. Either a compromise treaty is signed, or one side overcomes the other. Politicians commenting on a war ending need to give the terms they think will work to end the conflict. Otherwise, they are simply shouting at clouds.
