I wonder how much restaurant business over the midwest, east and south was lost in the winter storms in January. I know a good number of restaurants near us were shut down a couple of days. And we didn't get it as bad as a lot of other places.

Thats just bc of the beef prices. Switch to pulled pork and it will be half the price of a chopped beef sandwich. Crazy times we're in but hopefully it goes back to normal soon.
