I would just point out that Kilmar Garcia has been before numerous judges in many immigration courts. His deportation should have been carried out long ago. No one has convinced me that these illegals that break into the country are entitled to the same constitutional rights as American citizens. Why should they? They committed illegal acts to enter in most cases.

Garcia is a criminal illegal who has had his due process. No one should defend this man. He deserves the punishment he receives, whether it be here or El Salvador. Frankly we should be glad someone else is dealing with him.

Last week the gang members deported included a 2 year-old, a 4 year-old, and a 7 year-old, all hardened gangsters, no doubt. Stupid exists in Washington in both parties. FWIW, Bonhoeffer would be fighting against Trump, not kissing up to him.

As a researcher of Bonhoeffer, you are so, so, so wrong. He was a pacifist who would be happy that Trump was in the process of stopping the Ukraine/Russia war, the war in Gaza, getting prisoners back from all over the world. He would not be happy with the liberals bombing places, destroy property, teaching our youth to hate Jews (he saved Jews from the Nazi's in WWII), abusing their bodies and so forth.

You are 100% incorrect

Justice in America should be based on the acts of individuals, not classes of larger groups. Whether it was what we did to the American Indians (Custer was trying to grab the back hills for gold) , slavery, the interment of Japanese in WW II, mass justice is not justice at all. Now if there are people who violate the law that is a different story, but this current desire to post big numbers without due process is not good.

Ah yes, sending people who can't legally be here back to their home country is Just like slavery. Great talk.

He's already had his hearings. Two of them. They both found he was undesirable. Just as he is today. Now the public is finding that he is undesirable. Which is moot, because the poor fella is considered a terrorist in his own country. An undesirable.

He will not be back. El Salvador would not risk smuggling an undesirable MS13 El Salvadorian citizen into the USA just so liberals can have their due process.

I'm guessing Mayorkas waved him in and asked him to step up and get a ticket to the city he wanted to be taken to; on our dime of course.

Justice based on classes of larger groups rather than individually is exactly what Democrats pushed for the sake of black America. Ironically, now they view it as a bad thing when it comes to illegal immigrants. The common denominator? Whatever helps and increases their voter base.

If mass violations were forced on the public, mass justice is sometimes the answer. What that justice should look like, though, can be debated. Summary deportation and abbreviated due process for this type of situation should never be off the table, however. The infeasibility of adjudicating each individaul case when it comes to numbers in the tens of millions is exactly what our enemies can potentially exploit in order to win a war of attrition over America. It leaves us vulnerable and thus is a national security issue as well.

As a Lutheran, PLEASE never let the Bonhoffer name enter your mind again. He was a saint. You use his words poorly...
If the words had a face, it would be the girl in that video. She embodies everything Bonhoeffer was talking about.

"Stupidity is a more dangerous enemy of the good than malice. One may protest against evil; it can be exposed and, if need be, prevented by use of force. Evil always carries within itself the germ of its own subversion in that it leaves behind in human beings at least a sense of unease. Against stupidity we are defenseless. Neither protests nor the use of force accomplish anything here; reasons fall on deaf ears; facts that contradict one's prejudgment simply need not be believed in such moments the stupid person even becomes critical and when facts are irrefutable they are just pushed aside as inconsequential, as incidental. In all this the stupid person, in contrast to the malicious one, is utterly self satisfied and, being easily irritated, becomes dangerous by going on the attack. For that reason, greater caution is called for when dealing with a stupid person than with a malicious one. Never again will we try to persuade the stupid person with reasons, for it is senseless and dangerous."

Mainstream media and politics are corrupt, but they are the remains of what was once a healthy democracy. As decadent as they may be, they still have some standards. Trump would use their decadence as an excuse to replace them with something much worse. This is how fascism always works.

I've always believed in conservatism as the last and best bulwark against tyranny. If what I've seen on this thread represents conservatism, I was sorely mistaken.

One can hope but I have no confidence in any judges to follow the law or the constitution.

It's all an elaborate plot to provide an excuse to impeach Trump again. It's idiotic law fare again and again without a sound basis.
The plaintiffs in whose favor she ruled were arrested under the Biden administration.

Believe it or not, some people do value the law over partisan politics.

Biden and almost all of the Left have proven repeatedly that they are not included in your list. They don't care one iota about the rule of law with their lopsided application (& perversion ) of "justice". Two very prominent examples:

1. Allowing millions of illegals into the US with no real attempt to enforce our laws
2. Law fare against Trump, pro-lifers, Christians, etc on bogus charges, without evidence, & ignoring the constitutional rights of their victims.

It's laughable that you would make such an argument. Your side is infamous for violating the rule of law & avoiding real justice for decades.

Below is an article that explains the problems facing ICE and the Border Patrol during the invasion that occurred during the Biden Administration. The Border Patrol could not separate out the criminals because they had no information from numerous foreign governments on all those entering the United States. Therefore they got through with the non criminal illegals. In addition the Biden Administration basically neutered ICE as they were told not to enforce laws on the books in many cases. That and the lack of cooperation by sanctuary cities with ICE by not allowing them to pick up illegals that the sanctuary cities had in their jurisdictions, allowed these criminal illegals to be released to then be chased down by ICE agents at great risk to themselves and the public at large.

In my opinion the folks now complaining and whining about the lack of due process for horrible individuals like Kilmar Garcia are the same ones who were silent about the four years of the invasion where individual American Citizens were subjected to crimes committed by tens of thousands of criminal illegals who broke in uninvited to the United States, as well as the ruined border towns and communities overrun by these unwelcome invaders.

Those Americans who want this terrorist returned and angry with the mass deportations of illegals welcomed in to the US by Biden (arguably an act of treason) don't care about the rule of law, the innocent Americans raped & murdered by these criminals, and might just hate America. They are evil people and their opinions don't matter.
