It's a tricky situation. The US has the best medicine in the world precisely because so much money is available for research and new drugs/procedures. I have an artificial knee made from a titanium/plastic alloy, designed and patented (the knee and the material, both) by Dr. Wayne Alani. It would literally be impossible to get this anywhere else.

I survived my cancer because of groundbreaking research at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center by Dr. Mark Franklin. Again, the work done was through funding paid for by more ordinary procedures.

So there is a place for uncommon diagnoses and new technology.

I'd just like more transparency on how it all works, and maybe less corporate structure to making people whole.

Corporate profits up 47% since 2020.

Worker wages up 12% in the same period.

No, it is all great. Just read WRs posts, he explains everything, they just don't understand.

We are reaching a point where it was better under Biden, as unbelievable as that is. My costs were lower under Biden than this mess. Look at the economy when Biden left and where it is now.

But, the Trump boys, Musk and Bibi are ecstatic... That doesn't happen by accident...

I think it's interesting to watch just because it was so hyped to start. I'm just curious to see how things develop with it.

I typically don't really mess around with individual stocks… I invest more in index funds.

But....I'm considering buying some of this. I get the feeling where it might be one where in 5 to 10 years I'm kicking myself for not getting in early.
