One of my favorite b-school cases was The Abilene Paradox, and it was an allegory describing how in groups everyone will agree to do something no one wants to do because they think everyone else wants to do it. I think this crazy trainny stuff is like that ... I do not think hardly anyone agrees with it or supports it but no one is brave enough to say it.
