So it was a mostly peaceful protest. Certainly not an insurrection. Many of the violent actors outside were unindicted co-conspirators who were almost certainly on the federal payroll. Now that the videos are available to both sides, the truth is coming out and the Jan 6 narrative is unravelling. But hey Trump was damaged and the bureaucracy fortified so mission accomplished!

The Left showing their true colors.

Watched Tucker just to see what all the hub bub was about. He didn't at all suggest Jan. 6th was peaceful. He instead showed footage which proves it wasn't the violent insurrection it was made out to be.

And of course, because that destroys the Left's narrative that this was tantamount to Pearl Harbor and 9/11, the Left is:

Nothing outrages the left more than to be confronted with evidence and facts that disprove or even call into question their false narratives and claims.
Your narrative is disproved on video tape

They have harassed him at his home on several occasions and committed acts of violent vandalism.

Was there a riot outside of the Capitol?
Technically no.

There was a mass gathering of citizens of the steps of the Capitol.

Something that is certainly NOT illegal.

According to the footage a small number of those starting breaking windows and trying to force there way in the doors and clashing with Police.
So citizens were peacefully and legally breaking windows and attacking Capitol Police?
99.9% of the 10,000 citizens at the Capitol were NOT doing anything illegal.

Unless you think citizens don't have a right to be at the Peoples House at all. (A building they pay for with their tax dollars)

I already said a tiny fraction did break a few windows and engage in fist fighting with Police at or near the doors.

If 10,000 people were intent on committing sedition and engaging in a violent insurrection....that building would be in ashes right now.
You debunk that with your exact quote. According to you, they broke windows, forced their way in, and clashed with police.

Gathering on the steps of the Capitol is NOT illegal.

Can you quote or cite a Federal Law that says it is?

I did not say there were not some persons that day engaged in individual acts of window vandalism and police fist fighting/assault.

Are you trying to imply that the 9,900 peaceful protestors are responsible for the actions of 50-100 guys?
How many arrests resulted from Jan 6 "peaceful tourists"?

Why did the committee never interview the Capitol Police Officer that radioed for help multiple times when hundreds of people were coming in to the capitol? There was zero response from his supervisor, who was later promoted by Nancy Pelosi. Then this guy gets fired.
And what about this Ray Epps character? Whos payroll is he on? Why is he being protected? Surely he was trying to instigate a riot.

Debunked

The theories surrounding Mr. Epps have been debunked before, most notably after he spoke last year to investigators working with the House select committee examining the Jan. 6 attack. During the interview, committee officials said, Mr. Epps said that he was not an F.B.I. informant and denied reports that he had urged protesters to go into the Capitol at the behest of federal law enforcement agencies.
Still, the rumors about him have persisted, becoming regular fodder for right-wing politicians and media figures.

Right-wing chatter about Mr. Epps, who is 60 and runs a wedding and event venue in Queen Creek, Ariz., began last spring after videos of him at a pro-Trump rally in Washington started to circulate online. Aside from the clip with Mr. Samsel, Mr. Epps was caught on video standing in a crowd of Trump supporters on the night of Jan. 5, 2021, urging his compatriots to "go into the Capitol" the next day.

It's not even close to debunked. J6 committee members who lied, deceptively edited video segments together and hid the actual video evidence for two years showing the actual low grade trespassing nature of the event, said publicly (just as they did when they lied previously) that Epps said a thing. That's not debunking. That's called lying to cover one's own ass.

Pretty flimsy unoriginal "debunked" (really dude, stop licking samuel's boots)

So the guy says he's not an FBI informant and he says he didn't urge protesters to go into the capitol (despite video showing otherwise), so there it is... because he says so, it must be true.

Weak bro, pretty weak.

Define agent. Is he a career FBI officer? No.
Is he a contractor working for FBI? Probably not.
Is he a contact FBI officers developed a relationship with in order to maintain contacts within MAGA?
Pretty obvious he was the latter, an FBI reporting source.

How could a guy be on multiple videos all day long all over the mall exhorting people to storm Congress and NOT get arrested? (when so many others who were not even at the riot were getting FBI visits in their home cities.)

Dude was was by any reasonable estimation a greater threat to constitutional order the the Bison-man. Latter is a nutjob. Epps, on the other hand, was an organizer.

He wasn't arrested because he called the FBI when he saw his name on a list os suspects. You Trump guys sure are hard on your own supporters.

From the article you haven't read:
But for more than a year, well before the name Ray Epps was widely known in right-wing circles, federal authorities have had information from both him and Mr. Samsel suggesting that he was not a government agent and did not encourage the younger man to engage with the police that day.

Just two days after the attack, when Mr. Epps saw himself on a list of suspects from Jan. 6, he called an F.B.I. tip line and told investigators that he had tried to calm Mr. Samsel down when they spoke, according to three people who have heard a recording of the call. Mr. Epps went on to say that he explained to Mr. Samsel that the police outside the building were merely doing their jobs, the people said.

Then in late January of last year, in an interview with the F.B.I., Mr. Samsel said much the same thing, telling investigators that a man he did not know came up to him at the barricades and suggested he relax, according to a recording of the interview obtained by The New York Times.
"He came up to me and he said, 'Dude' his entire words were, 'Relax, the cops are doing their job,'" Mr. Samsel said.
