On that we agree... The Confirmation Hearings need to go further. Those Appointees have to answer the questions like every other initial Nominee has. Barrett won over the Nation in Hearings. Gorsech won over people. Cavanaugh got to defend himself. The Hearings are important and if the do recess appointments it will lack credibility and not have their own words to defend them.

Obamist? Trump and his supporters are floating the recess appointments, nobody else. This is not NeoCons or Dems, this is his misstep...

They have to answer the questions, just like everyone else if they want the position. No "moving trucks at Midnight" shenanigans to get people into jobs without going through the process. You wouldn't approve of that for any other profession. Trump does that he is sending the wrong message on multiple levels. Follow the process, Gaetz is OK let him tell his Judicial philosophy and how he wants to run DOJ, if he has one...
