Like Trump, you cannot fix a problem until you are willing to acknowledge that there is a problem.

Golden age my ass!!!

Your problems are not my concern.

And you shouldn't demand Trump fixes them for you.

You chose to retire early. Deal with your financial choices.

Actually, Sir, my life is pretty good. My only regret about retiring early is that I didn't do it sooner. I worry about the hardworking people in our country that are suffering and living paycheck to paycheck and the Trump Administration seems totally oblivious. The job market is absolutely horrendous right now.

Job market is horrendous……

What is the current unemployment rate ?

Those that have a job are hanging on to it for dear life. Employers readily admit they are in "no hire/ no fire" mode.

Regarding the numbers being reported by our current leadership, I think Mark Twain said it best.
"There are three kinds of lies: Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics."

https://www.nbcnews.com/business/business-news/job-cuts-layoffs-october-challenger-rcna242306

So if you don't like the numbers ….they are a lie.

Perfect

You and 47 should get together and go jogging.

I think the numbers are being manipulated to achieve the desired result of Trump and his YES men and women. The government shutdown is a nice excuse to blame for any inaccuracies or irregularities.

Have always considered you a pretty intelligent poster. Yet you seem to have bought into Trump's "Bestest economy in the history of the world" narrative.

The upper class is still spending money.
The middle class has cut back and maxing out credit cards, taking out home equity loans, and taking retirement funds early (with severe penalties).
The lower class is simply spending and struggling to put bread on the table.

Yep

Your intuition is far superior and more reliable than any statistical information coming from the Labor Department

Who could possibly doubt it ?

Now get outside and alert the masses.

Shouldn't limit your genius to us mere internet slobs.

My Lord you have gotten dramatic in your old age! Your post is a little over the top simply addressing someone that has an opinion different than your own.

I really don't mind being a part of the unwashed masses. I am about to put on my $8.99 plastic watch from Wal-Mart and get on the tractor and do some shredding. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon.

Old age or not strongly suspect my cardiovascular system is cleaner than yours.

You might wish to stop riding and start walking.

Shredding 30-40 libs might prolong your life.

Look how many more people you could educate .

You sound like my wife.

For the record, if I lose 40 lbs. that would put me at 180 lbs. That's what I weighed in the 8th grade. Not going back there.

I really appreciate your concern about my health. That is really kinda sweet.

You should know when the good Lord takes me, I won't be running a marathon or drinking green tea. Sorry.

Now you are on your latest panic....the job market. But of course you don't have any 'horrendous' data....so you just ***** anyway.

Get's tiresome.

Go ride your tractor.....bet its a real beauty.

Okay. You win. The job market in the U.S. in November of 2025 is fabulous and every day in the Trump Administration is sunshine and 72 degrees.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/maryroeloffs/2025/11/06/more-than-1-million-jobs-have-been-cut-this-year-report-says/

Yep, my Kubota tractor is a fine machine. Luckily I bought it right before the tariffs.

Before God....I KNEW it would be a Kubota. The same guy so frantic about American jobs bought a cheap, foreign made piece if **** tractor instead of buying a JD. Yeah that 'green paint' is a little more expensive; but it is much better quality and its re sale is far stronger. Of course AMERICANS build those JD's. So tell me again your wild concerns for American jobs. Spin it slim..spin it.

Hypocrite….total 100% hypocrite.

Buy a foreign tractor while whining about potential US job loses. Looking for any kind of excuse, but of course the only reason was you wanted to save a few pennies.

Obviously your local voters knew exactly what you are all about.

Some of JD's tractors are built overseas in Germany, France, India, China, Mexico, and Brazil.

You have to check specific model numbers to be sure.

Company is American.

JD faces international competition and has to be competitive.

But for some diminished wahoo to be screaming about US jobs when he buys a foreign tractor is bizarre.

Especially when previously ( and repeatedly ) made it clear he was always going to buy any foreign made product if he could save a penny or two.

My family has always owned a Honda vehicle. You know why? QUALITY. Plain and simple. My wife's last Honda Odyssey had 230,000 miles on it when she traded it. She never had a major problem with it. As a matter of fact, because of their superior quality, I don't mind paying more for a Honda.

You probably don't remember the planned obsolescence strategy of U.S. automakers in the 60s and 70s. They were more interested in the replacement parts business than making quality cars. I have never forgotten. The Japanese carmakers have never looked back.

As an American, I like the freedom to buy products wherever I want. If that makes me a hypocrite , then so it.

It is not hidden. The gameplan is to just say what you want the sheep to believe. Trump says we can get 20T more in this year, they believe it. They will just keep saying it until it is no longer questioned, just like the White House Press Briefings, question her and they attack. So, no one questions they just keep saying what they want you to believe. Meanwhile their net worth is going through the roof.

I must admit, I was heartbroken today. When the Mega Millions jackpot gets to be $500 million plus, I will buy a couple of tickets. The pot has reached $900 million. I have six numbers and get a quick pick. The lady at the register said, "Okay Sir, that will be ten dollars !" I said "WHAT???". She said a ticket is now $5 instead of $2. Apparently they raised the price back in April from $2 to $5. I told her no thank you and that I won't be buying any more Mega Millions tickets!

I would bet Donald Trump thanks his lucky stars Mega Millions tickets are not a part of the Consumer Price Index. Talk about inflation! That is a 150 percent increase from April! LOL!
Call it a tax, the people are outraged! Call it a tariff, the people get out their checkbooks and wave their American flags!!!

Since repossession of anything is the natural consequence of unpaid debt, President Trump is doing his best to help we the people repossess our country.
