I'm very picky about what I watch. And there is so much garbage on TV these days, I usually don't miss cable--except during football & basketball season! I haven't had cable since the beginning of the century.

I can kill massive amounts of time with Pluto TV. Completely free, and lots of interesting content - especially if mainstream programming isn't your first choice.Gruvin said:

I discovered my phone plan came with an ad-supported Hulu subscription (Amazon Fire TV loaded again). They have a lot more anime - especially of the type Netflix shies away from. Currently rewatching Fairy Tail. Others will have to wait until there's less people in the house.

I know, right?!?! Very creative writing (like Justified). I just finished all 3 seasons last night because fam has been out of town. How much of that story is true? I see that some of the characters were real historical people in Deadwood.
I recently started Deadwood as well. Not sure why I never got on that one, but it's great. Look forward to seeing the movie once I finish the series.
